AEON latest financial report

Today let's have a look at AEON latest financial report.

First of all:

The revenue seems not bad,
but the Profit from operations was slightly less than previous year.....

Basically the profit of the 4th quarter was almost same like previous year same quarter,
just that the Tax expenses at last year was higher,
that was why the latest profit felt like improved a lot~

AEON business can be divided into 2 segments,
Retail business & Property Management Services:

For the Retail segment,
the performance was better than last year because of better revenue and margin.

As for the Property management services segment,
the profit dropped despite that revenue improved,
because of higher rental expenses and depreciation.

The prospects:

The company think that year 2019 is a challenging year.

Lastly,
the lovely dividend:

4 sen per share,
no surprise, just same like previous year.

(The problem is I don't have any new idea lately......-_-
The weakness of long term investment.... always the same things.... no new things to write.)
